10+ Years of Expertise

Our core team is highly trained and experienced in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). With our education and experience stacking up over a decade, we’re producers and service providers that deliver in an insightful and deeply knowledgeable manner. In addition to our mastery of HCI, our individual qualities expand to other adjacent fields.

Design

Design is our primary expertise. From print graphics to multimodal product design, our work spans a wide variety of projects. We use Adobe’s Creative Suite, InVision, Sketch, and good old pen-and-paper to visualise our ideas. Behaviour Change Design, Co-Design, Design Thinking, Dilemma-Based Design, Multisensory Design, and Instrumental Interactions among many others are the methodologies we master and apply.

Computer Science

We all know our way around code, have a hacking mindset and a fearless approach to new languages. Our team handles C, C#, C++, HTML5/CSS, Java, Javascript, and Python. We build apps for mobile, desktop, web, VR, and AR.

Psychology

Our HCI training ensures that we have a fundamental understanding of behaviour. In addition, Ray’s first two degrees were actually in Psychology (BSc. MSc.). His specialisation was in consumer, social, and organisational psychology, not to forget the clinical and health psychology modules that were part of the programmes. The behaviour change and intervention mindsets are driving mechanisms in our designs.

Visual Arts

Ray and Zack both have a background in Visual Arts. Ray having gone to the Upper Secondary School of Visual Arts in Helsinki and Zack studying Visual Arts at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. We have a good eye for visuals and a systematic approach to making things look magnificent.
